Rose Glen Elementary is one of the largest elementary schools in the School District of Waukesha.  Waukesha also has 3 middle schools and 3 high schools.

Opening in 1979, Rose Glen was able to service the needs of the growing community of Waukesha.  Prior to 1979,  students attended Oakdale, Lawnsdale, and Lawrence Schools.  The Annual Chicken BBQ began as a way to unite all the families of the three schools.

Rose Glen graduates attend Les Paul Middle School - Central Campus and West High SchoolThere are over 500 students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Our school colors are RED, WHITE, and BLUE. Our school mascot is the Eagle and our motto is “Soar like an Eagle!”

The School District of Waukesha provides a full range of services including special education programs and a program for gifted and talented students.  Please ask one of our staff or the principal if you think your child may benefit from any of these programs.
